A selection of my favorite projects from the After Effects Kickstart course. All designs were created by various artists, with School of Motion collaborating to develop the assets and artboards. This provided a clear vision for the animations. All animation was done by me.
A song-based animation about After Effects. For this assignment, we created a 25-second animation set to music. I chose the more advanced version of the project, working with over 400 layers in After Effects. The main focus was on building smooth transitions between scenes.
Artboards to animate
A paper collage animation inspired by stop-motion. This project explores animating at a lower frame rate to recreate a handcrafted, tactile feel.

A countdown animation. This assignment focused on combining everything learned throughout the course, with an emphasis on creating smooth and seamless transitions.
An animation featuring four robots creating keyframes. This assignment focused on learning how to build and animate IK rigs in After Effects.
This work was created as homework assignments for the After Effects Kickstart course from School of Motion, Inc. The original concept and artboards for each project were provided by School of Motion as part of the curriculum.
